I'm Aud Påmela Caldera Vedal, a makeup artist working out of Oslo. My seasons run from backstage at Oslo Fashion Week to editorial and campaign shoots, and out on location with brides, bridal parties and event clients across the city.

Bridal is the work closest to me — the early start, the quiet half hour before the room fills up, a look that has to hold from first light to the last dance. Editorial keeps the other half of me busy: bolder, faster, built for the camera. Whichever day it is, I want you to recognise yourself in the mirror.

I'm also continuing my training at ImageAkademiet, because there's always another technique worth learning.
